Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us. Therefore, if you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your full priced item(s) to us within 21 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. For discounted sale item(s), we do not accept refunds, we only offer exchanges to the same value or more. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange. Once this time frame has passed, we will not be able to process the exchange.
All our garments are made with care and are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality. In the unlikely event that the swimwear is faulty, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund.
For both returns and exchanges, all items must be must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene liners and swing tags in place.
Please note, we currently do not cover return shipping costs. Please ensure your return package is prepaid and insured, in case of loss or damage.
